Loss Run Pro develops subscription-based software that helps request, track, and manage loss runs. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Loss Run Pro is based in Missoula, Montana, and was only founded in early 2020.

Call of Duty League, Zenni Link In Sponsorship Deal

The Call of Duty League, the e-sports league run by Santa Monica-based Blizzard Activision, has signed up eyewear brand Zenni in a partnership deal, the two said on Wednesday. According to the two, Zenni is now the Official Eyewear of the Call of Duty League. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The two said that the partnership will feature Zenni's Blokz blue-blocker lenses, which are designed to reduce eye strain by blocking blue light from digital screens.

Amgen Acquires Rodeo Therapeutics

Thousand Oaks-based Amgen and Rodeo Therapeutics Corporation announced late Tuesday that Amgen has agreed to acquire Rodeo, a Seattle-based biopharmaceuticals company which is developing small molecule therapies to promote regeneration and repair of multiple tissues. According to the two, Amgen will pay $55M upfront, plus up to an additional $666M in cash in contingent milestone payments.
