Assembly Acquires Pacvue

Los Angeles-based e-commerce software developer Assembly said this morning that it has acquired e-commerce advertising software developer Pacvue. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Pacvue is based in Seattle. Assembly s is led by co-founder and CEO Sandeep Kella. Assembly says it is now worth more than $1 billion following its investment last month which was led by Advent International.
