The company said it added Diya Jolly, Chief Product Officer at Okta, and Sameer Dholakia, Former CEO of SendGrid to its board of directors, and also said it recently crossed $250M in ARR, with over 1,600 employees and 7,500 customers.

Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. CreatorIQ said the buy will create a company with over 450 customers, 250 employees, and $90 million in funding.
