Platform Science Wins Driving Fleet

San Diego-based connected vehicle platform developer Platform Science said it has scored a win with truckload carrier and brokerages services provider Paper Transport. Financial details of the win were not announced. Platform Science said Paper Transport's entire fleet will be covered by its technology. Platform Science is venture backed by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Chimera, 8VC, Daimler, Prologis, NextPlay, and Four More Capital. The company raised $115M in a Series C funding back in February.
