It’s apropos because there is so much noise these days with email, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, web shows, etc. They could chat about it with their peers or mentors. He’s committed to getting through every email. It’s not because I don’t want to respond to all emails – I do. I respect that.

Today we’re in a world where 10 accelerators are bombarding you with emails to meet their 10-15 companies. And when the press releases and the attaboys wear off it still comes down to real work. If your favorite angel investor is sending you what looks like a form email it likely is. Probably more. Be a non-conformist.

However Gmail is only private email conversations. We have some great mentors now. Thanks to TechStars, we've got an awesome mentor who's co-habitating with us now, and we're learning something daily from him. They'll reply to my emails in half an hour, and give us great feedback on what we're doing.
