According to Prodege, it will acquire all of SodaHead''s assets and staff from its Encino headquarters, and will move them to Swagbucks offices in El Segundo. Los Angeles-based prodege , the parent company of Swagbucks , said this morning that it has acquired Sodahead , the online polling and discussion platform founded by Jason Feffer.

mPulse Mobile Gets $11M For Healthcare Engagement

Encino-based mPulse Mobile has raised $11M in a Series B funding, for the company's mobile engagement software. According to mPulse Mobile, the funding was led by SJF Ventures, and also included HLM Venture Partners, EchoHealth Ventures, OCA Ventures, and Bonfire Ventures. mPulse has now raised over $25M in total.
