Burbank-based Cast & Crew Entertainment Services , a provider of technology and payroll services to the entertainment industry, said today that it has acquired by private equity investor Silver Lake. Debt funding for the deal came from RBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities and Societe Generale.
