Torrance-based PC Mall said today that it has acquired the assets of eCOST.com , an online electronics retailer, from PFSWeb , in a deal worth $2.3M. According to PC Mall, it will continue to operate eCOST.com as an online marketplace for computers, networking equipment, electronics, entertainment, and other products.
