Wilshire Associates Acquired By Private Equity Firms

Santa Monica-based Wilshire Associates, which provides investment, consulting, and technology advisory services, has been acquired by a pair of private equity investors. CC Capital and Motive Partners said last week they have acquired Wilshire Associates. Wilshire says it currently advises on over $1 trillion in assets and manages $73 bill
