There is no region in the country that comes close to having the sheer number of angels & VCs that Silicon Valley has as well as the dollars that flow into the region (40% of all dollars, PwC Moneytree report ). Hautelook, Gogii, Magento. So it would be unwise to say that funding outside of Silicon Valley will be easier.
