They were very small shcools--he went to Cate, which is inland from Ventura in the Santa Barbara area, and I went to The Thacher School, and we both ended up at the University of Southern California. Form there, we got interest from incubators, angel investors, and venture capital. We thought--there has got to be another way.

The startup incubator actually found us. Wade Eyerly: We will also have a couple of recreational runs, to Santa Barbara and Monterey. I spent lots of time making really important things happen with little resources, which is exactly the skill set to build a business. I'm excited to apply those skills in a new way.

inLife is a place to book fun things to do in your city… in Santa Barbara, they have kayak trips, wine tasting, yoga, happy hours, etc. The inLife team then gave Sam Teller, the Managing Director of LaunchPad, their elevator pitch, and he fired questions back at them. And yes, they really can book paddle yoga.
