Internet Brands Acquires Demandforce

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands said Friday that it has acquired Demandforce , a developer of marketing software and services. Internet Brands acquired Demandforce from Intuit, which had acquired Demandforce back in 2012. Internet Brands says that Demandforce will become part of its Health portfolio.

According to Oversee.net, Morrow is leaving to "pursue other interests". Domeyer and Morrow had both been named to the co-CEO positions in January.
