Sure, we built SaaS products before the term even existed but at 31 it was hard to delineate reality from what all of the monied people around us were telling us what we were worth. In those years I learned to properly build product, price products, sell products and serve customers. Until we weren’t.

Before I start writing this review, I want to say how much I appreciate the web series' nominated for Streamy Awards. Still, this year was so far from perfect, so far from last year's in production quality, it begs discussion. and lowered production-quality. Best Writing for a Comedy Web Series: Wainy Days (David Wain).

When I meet with Tom offline it’s obvious that he immediately is thinking about product issues, technology trends, funding rounds, etc. Thomas and his partner lived off of credit cards, and used crappy data centers and open source software (LAMP). The team, of course, is just as important as the product or idea.
