Rocket Lab Completes SolAero Acquisition

Long Beach-based Rocket Lab said Tuesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of SolAero Holdings. Rocket Lab says SolAero's space solar cells are used in civil space exploration, science, defense and intelligence, and commercial markets. The deal was worth $80M in cash.
