SoCal CTO

I'm happy to announce the launch of the Los Angeles Tech Content Community. This is the beginning of a content community that collects and organizes the best content from blogs and web sites. The goal is to create a place where it's relatively easy to find current content and highly relevant content surrounding Los Angeles Technology. To be clear Los Angeles Tech is a jump off point. The content comes from other places. This is mostly from bloggers, but also from pages being included by members.

But truthfully both Dana and I are more aligned with the lean startup principles and believe you only go FAT when you’ve really proved out your product / market fit. If I were a number 3-5 players I’d be looking to exit early while there’s still a lot of enthusiasm for this hot market.

How to Save MySpace

Jason Nazar

This could also be done by leveraging a partnership (or buyout) of a site like Mahalo. Leverage a worldwide community to enable a perfect market for outsourcing activities like online research, writing, & content review. I wouldn’t bet against MySpace.

We met first through Tyler Crowley at Mahalo, and I invited Jason to speak at MOTM. We spoke to him, and he had the sense that the market was right for us. Jason Kiesel: We have a great technology, and decided that there is a market for organizations that perhaps want to lobby Congress, the Senate, or state governments. We're hitting the market, and enrolling folks to resell the product. We have a whole go-to-market strategy around that.
