Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal , which provides local online marketing for small and medium sized businesses, announced this morning that it has launched a brand new, search engine optimization product, ReachSEO. ReachLocal said the new software helps SMBs to drive organic search traffic to their websites. Covario Acquired By Dentsu Aegis Network

San Diego-based Covario , the search and content marketing agency, is being acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network , the companies said late Wednesday. According to the two, Covario has over 140 professionals offering up paid and organic search, social media, and content marketing services to brands and direct marketing clients. UK-based Dentsu Aegis Network said that the acquisition will help build out its organization on the West Coast.
