Vubiq Networks Names Engineering VP

Irvine-based wireless technology developer Vubiq Networks, which develops millimeter wave wireless broadband technology, has named Alan Bartky as its new Vice President of Engineering. According to Vubiq, Bartky has previously served at such companies as Xylan/Alcatel, Broadcom, RF DSP, Intel/Mindspeed Technologies, SNAP Networks, Sync Research, and Tran Telecommunications/Amdahl. Vubiq said Bartky has over 35 years of experience in the industry. Vubiq's millimeter wave products include a 10 Gbps V-band wireless transmission product, and also has products aimed at the uses in wireless broadband communications, video transport, wireless data center solutions, RFID tag decoding, and synthetic aperture radar.
