GeoLinks Acquires Network Assets From TPx Communications

Camarillo-based wireless internet services provider (WISP) GeoLinks said on Friday that it has acquired the network assets, including fixed wireless infrastructure and spectrum licenses, from TPx Communications (TPx). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to GeoLinks, it will fold the assets into its existing network
