Edmunds.com Claims Electric Vehicle Travel Record

Santa Monica-based car shopping site Edmunds.com says that it has set a new, electric vehicle travel record using a 2013 Tesla Model S, driven by two of it staffers. Edmunds.com took advantage of Tesla''s network of "Supercharger" charging stations, using a total of 23 of those stations to charge up.

TravBuddy.com Cheers Traffic, Claims Growth

Redondo Beach-based TravBuddy is reporting that the firm saw over one million unique visitors in July, saying that it is seeing "record growth" despite the slowdown in the travel industry.
