Pacific Palisades-based Wavemaker Genesis , a new, venture capital investment fund aimed at Blockchain and cryptocurrency investments, has quietly been making the round of limited partners, according to a regulatory filing by the fund.

There have been a lot of entrepreneurs here in software and other industries, and interestingly enough there seem to be more self-funded, bootstrapped firms here, rather than those looking for venture capital to get off the group. It was started here in Pacific Palisades, at the end of Sunset and the PCH.
