Newport Beach-based patent licensing firm Acacia Research Corporation has scored a major patent lawsuit win, this time against Yahoo! , in a final judgment for willful infringement of the firm's patents. Acacia also said that it has been awarded a royalty rate on all Yahoo IMVironment sales of 23%. in interest.
