VIZIO Launches IPO Roadshow, Sets IPO Pricing Range

Irvine-based tellevision and display maker VIZIO says it has launched its IPO roadshow this morning, looking to sell 15,120,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The company said it expects its initial offering price to be between $21.00 and $23.00 per share. The company is looking to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VZIO. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities, along with Wells Fargo Securities Guggenheim Securities, Needham & Company, Piper Sandler as well as Roth Capital Partners.
