Riot Games Facing Sexual Harassment Claims

Los Angeles-based online game maker Riot Games is facing allegations of sexism and harassment at the company, according to a report this weekend from the LA Times. The allegations include that two employees who defended diversity initiatives were "targeted by online mobs and out of a job soon after."

Riot Games Acquired By Tencent

Los Angeles-based Riot Games , the online videogame developer headed by Brandon Beck, said late Friday that Tencent Holdings has acquired a majority stake in the company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, reports are the deal was worth nearly $400M. The firm had raised less than $20M in funding.
