Riot Games Employees' Walk Out Over Forced Arbitration

At least a hundred employees of Los Angeles-based videogame maker Riot Games staged a walkout and protest on Monday, over the company's aggressive use of forced arbitration to settle sexual harassment lawsuits at the company, ">demanding that the company end forced arbitration for all past, current, and future riot employees including contractors and also in current litigation. Riot has been battling a number of lawsuits alleging discrimination and sexual harassment at the company, and for fostering a sexist culture at the company. Riot's troubles first surfaced in August of 2018, when a top executive was suspended for sexual harassment, although that executive still remains employed by the company.
