Teledyne Completes CETAC Technologies Buy

Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies said late Friday that it has completed its acquisition of CETAC Technologies, a developer of sample handling and sample introduction equipment for laboratory instrumentation. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. CETAC's products are used for sample automation for elemental and chemical analysis systems. Teledyne is a diversified company with software, aerospace and defense electronics, engineered systems, and digital imaging and instrumentation products.
