Los Angeles- and San Diego-based Veoh Networks, a provider of Internet video sharing services, said today that it has entered into a partnership with Axel Springer Digital TV Guide GmbH. According to Veoh, Axel Springer is in a strategic international partnership with the firjm, specifically in Germany.
