Cast & Crew Acquires LeBog Software

Los Angeles-based Cast & Crew, which develops payroll and human resources, accounting and financial, and workflow and productivity software for the entertainment industry, said yesterday that it has acquired LeBog Software, a developer of digital purchase order software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. LeBog Software is based in Berlin. According to Cast & Crew, LeBog's products are designed specifically for the entertainment industry to simplify and modernize the traditional purchase order workflow. L LeBog will continue to operate out of Berlin.
