Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies said on Tuesday that it has acquired ChartWorld International. ChartWorld is based in Headquarters, and develops digital marine navigation hardware and software. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. The company also has lactions in Hamburg, Singapore, Vancouver and Tokyo.
