Los Angeles-based rocket and spacecraft developer SpaceX has acquired Swarm Technologies, a developer of "smallsat" (small satellite) technology. Financial terms of the buy were not announced, and no details of the acquisition were announced. The deal was uncovered via a series of filings with the FCC.
