DocMagic Buys eSignSystems

Torrance-based DocMagic, which develops loan document preparation and compliance software, said Thursday that it has acquired eSignSystems, a provider of electronic signature products, from Wave Systems Corp.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, DocMagic said it is bringing on the entire management team of eSignSystems to the company. Both companies serve the mortgage industry.
