The Santa Monica Public Library is pleased to present the Quality of Life Forum, a monthly series of discussions led by Kit Cooper, in which featured guests share the things they do and the perspectives they live by that help them live more enjoyable, purposeful and contented lives. In November, the Forum welcomes Ben Sherwood, author of The Survivors Club, an examination of the secrets and science behind those who’ve overcome adversity and survived tragedies and catastrophes, from cancer, to plane crashes, to the Holocaust.
