NOVAtime Acquired By Ascentis

Rancho Cucamonga-based NOVAtime, a developer of time and attendance tracking software, has been acquired by Minneapolis-based Ascentis, the two companies announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to the two companies, they have been in a partnership since 2012.
