Cache Creek Industires Acquires Automated Business Power

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Cache Creek Industries announced this morning that it has acquired defense electronics company Automated Business Power. Financial terms of the acquisition wer enot announced by the companies. Automated Business Power is based in Gaithersburg, MD, and was founded in 1987; the company manufactures Uninterruptible Power Supplies, AC-to-DC Power
