Vyng Gets $3M For Social Video Ringtones

Santa Monica-based Vyng, the developer of a social video ringtone product, said on Tuesday that it has raised $3M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by March Capital Partners, and also included BAM Ventures, HOF Capital, Inspiration Ventures, along with such angels as Alex Chung (Giphy), Steve Martocci (GroupMe), and Mark Goldston (NetZero).
