Replicated Raises $50M In Series C

Culver City-based Replicated, a developer of a container-based platform which makes it easier for software vendors to deploy cloud native applications inside customers'​ environments, has raised $50M in its Series C funding, the company said Tuesday. The funding was led by Owl Rock, a division of Blue Owl Capital, and also included Lead Edge Capital, Headline and existing investors including Two Sigma Ventures, Amplify Partners, BoldStart, Ridgeline, and Heavybit. The startup, led by co-founder and CEO Grant Miller, said the funding will go to accelerate growth and expand into more global markets. The company's products allows third party software to be more easily deployed to customers, without all the typical issues around a customer's environment, and also handling issues around privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
