CalAmp Launches New Product In U.K.

Irvine-based CalAmp, which develops asset tracking hardware and software, has rolled out a new product in the United Kingdom, aimed at auto dealers. According to CalAmp, it has launched its TRACKER branded log management application, which gives dealers information on vehicle location, battery status, and VIN, hleping them to manage their inventory, and which later can be resold to customers to offer up proactive vehicle diagnostics information and response to maintenance and repair issues as well as stolen vehicle tracking, crash detection, and other features.
