BEN Group Acquires TubeBuddy

Sherman Oaks-based BEN Group, a company which places brands into influencer, streaming, TV, music, and film content, said on Monday morning that it has acquired TubeBuddy, a platform which helps YouTube creators optimize their audience and channel growth. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to BEN, TubeBuddy will become a division of BEN Group, with Tubular Labs founder and former CEO Rob Gabel becoming General Manager of that new division. TubeBuddy was founded in 2014. The companies said that TubeBuddy provides keyword research, thumbnail generation, A/B testing, bulk processing, and advanced analytics to its customers.
