Semtech Names Two New Directors

Camarillo-based semiconductor developer Semtech announced that it has named two new directors to its board on Thursday, adding Paula LuPriore and Martin S.J. Burvill to an expanded board. The company said LuPriore and Burvill were added as a result of expanding its board size to 11 members. LuPriore is CEo and co-founder of Wujitech, a mobile software and analytics company focused on personal development; LuPriore previously also was at Asyst Technologies as interim CEO, and also has served at IBM. Burvill was most recently President, Business Markets, at Verizon Communications.
