CalAmp Names New Board Members

Irvine-based CalAmp, which develops asset tracking and related hardware and software, has named two new board members, the company announced this morning. According to the company, it has added Scott Arnold and Jason Cohenour to its board, with longtime board member Kimberly Alexy stepping down. Arnold is President of Shutterfly Enterprise, and also has served as president and CEO at AppSense, and a partner at McKinsey. Cohenour previously was President, CEO, and Director at Sierra Wireless. CalAmps said the appointments will help align with its focus on Software-as-a-Service and the Internet of Things (IoT).
