Singular Genomics Files For IPO

La Jolla-based Singular Genomics Systems, a developer of gene sequencing technology, has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO on the Nasdaq. The company has filed to list under the symbol OMIC. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Cowen, and UBS Investment Bank. The company's largest shareholders are Deerfield Management, Domain Associates, Legend Capital, and Arch Venture Partners.
