SetSchedule Launches AI App For Real Estate

Irvine-based SetSchedule, a developer of real estate technology, said it has launched a new mobile app which it says uses artificial intelligence to help real estate agents qualify and manage leads. According to SetSchedule, its software uses information from title companies, permit information, taxes, and major life events to identify homeonwers who are highly likely to sell their houses within months, and sets up listing appointments with those homeowners.
