Hacken Adds John McAfee As Advisor

Los Angeles-based Hacken, a company developing a new "token" aimed at the cybersecurity field, said today that it has added IT and cybersecurity pioneer John McAfee as an advisor. Hacken said McAfee will assist the company in choosing the appropriate direction for business development, as well as supporting the project in technical issues. Hacken is developing a token aimed at compensating cybesecurity professionals who assist in bug bounties. McAfee is best known for founding McAfee Associates and Future Tense Central, plus instant messaging company Tribal Voice; he also is known for bizarre behavior, a murder investigation in Belize, and an arrest in Tennessee.
