Semtech Powers Line Of LoRa Industrial Sensors

Camarillo-based analog and mixed-signal semiconductor developer increasing the use of its wireless LoRa devices in the industrial sector, by powering a line of sensors for the industrial market. According to Semtech, Radio Bridge, a supplier of wireless Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensor products that use LoRa, has rolled out an "Armored Sensor" product line which provide tracking of accurate, real-time data for a variety of industrial applications including oil and gas, air quality and utility monitoring. Semtech said Radio Bridge's new outdoor and industrial grade sensors provide such capabilities as ultrasonic tank level monitoring, thermocouples, 4-20mA current loops, battery voltage tracking, water leak detection, movement and tilt monitoring, dry contact, and air quality monitoring, and are all IP67 rated for deployment outdoors and into harsh industrial environments.
