CalibreScientific Buys BIOZOL Diagnostica

Los Angeles-based CalibreScientific, a provider life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other products, said today that it has acquired German company BIOZOL Diagnostica. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. BIOZOL Diagnostica is headquartered near Munich, Germany, and is an independent distributors of life science products, including antibodies, proteins, ELISAs, detection kits, biochemicals, reagents and diagnostics kits.
