Rivian Links With Samsung On Batteries

Rivian, the electric vehicle manufacturer that has operations in Southern California, has partnered with Samsung SDI for its battery cells, the companies said on Monday. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. Samsung SDI already has a deal to supply its battery modules with BMW Group and others.
