Type:A Brands Gets Investment From NBA Star, Wife

Los Angeles-based Type:A Brands, a maker of sweat free deodarant and other body care products, has scored an investment from NBA player Chris Paul and his wife Jada Paul. Sizeo f the investment was not announced. According to the company, the investment came from "Jada's passion and desire to get involved with the brand in a deeper way". Jada Paul will become a strategic advisor to the company. Type:A Brands said its other investors include Sophia Bush, entertainment manager Jason Weinberg and Gaingels. More information »
