SOCi Acquires Brandify

San Diego-based marketing software developer SOCi annoucned on Thursday that it has acquired Brandify, a provider of location-based digital marketing. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. According to SOCi, the deal will add additional functionality to its platform. SOCi is led by CEO Afif Khoury, and is backed by JMI Equity. The company recently raised $80 From JMI Equity. SOCi says its customers includes such companies as Ace Hardware, Sports Clips, and Anytime Fitness.
