Snap Adds New Director

Santa Monica-based Snap, the parent company of Snapchat, said Friday that it has added Kelly Coffey to its board of directors. Coffey is the CEO of City National Bank, which it a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). According to Snap, Coffey officially joins the board of directors on May 18th. Coffey has been CEO of City National Bank since February of 2019, and previously also served as CEO of J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank.
