Snap Sues Influencer Over Failure To Promote Spectacles

Venice, California-based Snap, the parent firm of Snapchat, has sued social media influencer and actor Luka Sabbat for failing to promote the company's Spectacles in posts. According to a report and the lawsuit, Sabbat was paid $45,000 upfront with the promise of another $15,000 to post himself wearing Snap's Spectacles, but failed to do so per the legal terms of the deal with Snap. Snap is seeking the $45,000 back, plus damages.
