ViaSat Cybersecurity Software Deploys On Samsung Galaxy S20

Carlsbad-based satellite communications company ViaSat reports this morning that its cybersecurity software, Mobile Dynamic Defense (MDD), is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition (TE). The company said its software--which lets users access network applications with satellite and other networking systems--ensures that sensitive Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. federal government and international Five Eye (FVEY) allied forces information hosted on S20 TE devices are protected, even if those devices are disconnected from military and government operations centers.
